Q: How long can the press-on nails last?
A: It depends on the adhesive type you are using. Each NailCrafted nail product comes with a set of adhesive tabs, which can last around 7-14 days when following our application instructions. We suggest applying a new set of press-ons right before bed for minimal disruption and optimal adhesion. Ensure you clean and prep your nails properly before application for maximum longevity.
Q: The product I received is slightly different from what’s shown on the website. Is it a quality issue?
A: Since all of our products are hand-drawn by different nail artists, slight variations are normal. It is impossible to guarantee 100% identical nails to the display pictures due to the nature of the products.
Q: Can I do housework after I apply the press-on nails?
A: Yes, you can perform housework normally with the press-on nails. However, we recommend not wetting your hands for 3 hours after the initial application if using adhesive tabs.
Q: Will the gems get caught in my hair or clothes?
A: Occasionally, the gems might get caught in your hair or clothes due to their shapes. Generally, round-shaped gems are less likely to cause this issue. We offer over 100+ nail designs, and only a few may encounter this problem.
Q: Can I file the press-on nails to shorten the length or make them smaller?
A: Yes, you can. However, filing the nails will affect the top coat, potentially shortening the product’s lifespan. We strongly recommend applying a top coat layer on the filed spots to preserve their durability.
Q: My nail size is between two sizes, which one should I choose?
A: We recommend choosing the larger size and slightly filing it down to fit your nails better. Choosing a smaller size might result in your nails feeling squeezed after application.
Q: How many pieces of nails are included in each item?
A: Unless otherwise specified, all items include 10 pieces and an applying kit.
Q: How many times can I reuse an item?
A: Our products are made to high-quality standards. By following our application and removal instructions and properly storing them in a container, they can be reused many times. Many customers have reported they can be reused over 5 times.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Currently, we do not accept product returns. However, if you find any quality issues upon receiving the product, please send us a photo within 7 days, and we will arrange a replacement shipped to you free of charge. To start a replacement process, contact us at service@nailcrafted.com.
Q: I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for the correct one?
A: Yes, you may exchange your product free of charge if you ordered the wrong size. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
